Michelle is the National Practice Director for the SMS Program and Project Services Practice. She is responsible for leading the practices performance in portfolio, program, project and PMO services. Her prime focus is to provide leadership services to ensure our clients’ business outcomes are delivered as intended.

Michelle joined SMS in 2004 and has worked at SMS as a consultant and then a Practice Manager on a range of project, PMO and portfolio engagements before taking on the role of National Practice Director.

Michelle has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services, telecommunications, utilities, government, manufacturing and gaming industries. She has managed and led successful projects/programs in IT applications development, compliance, document management as well as IT operations and services reviews.

Michelle is a Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD) certified by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). She is also a Registered Program and Project Management (PPM) Consultant accredited by the APMG Group.
