Graham Lanphier is Managing Director for SMS Consulting. He is responsible for the management of all aspects of SMS’s consulting business in the region including client relationship management, strategic direction, business development, human resource management and all aspects of business performance. Graham joined SMS in February 1999 and since joining, has coordinated the progress of contingency projects across a natural gas supplier, developed project structures and budgets to support the integration of systems for a large transport sector client, and for a large government business enterprise, he managed the implementation of a new tax system, including the coordinated update of 25 major systems. Graham has also held account management responsibilities for the Melbourne office utilities and energy industry clients. Graham holds a Master of Business Administration from Monash University, Victoria, and a Bachelor of Surveying from Melbourne University.
