Dean Oakley is the Financial Services Industry Director for SMS Management & Technology. He is responsible for the development and performance of SMS’s business in this sector and the provision of leadership for the Financial Services Industry division across its international operations.
Prior to joining SMS, Dean was a founding Director of Implementation Partners International (IPI), where he successfully delivered a number of large scale engagements, including the establishment of the Australian Program Office for a major bank, and leadership of a global program to build organisational project governance and capability for a financial services institution.
Dean has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales and a Masters of Business Administration from Deakin University (Victoria).
