Daniel is the National Practice Director for the Business Performance Improvement Practice. He is responsible for leading SMS capability and performance in strategic consulting and business analysis. His prime focus is to assist clients develop plans and deliver outcomes that drive the achievement of business objectives.
Daniel Porter originally joined SMS in August 2004 as the Account Director for the Mining and Resources sector and over the years has worked across all SMS industries and regions providing business development leadership.
With over 20 years experience managing major business initiatives for leading Australian and International corporations, Daniel has an impeccable track record of success building and transforming business operations. At SMS, he has been a key figure in several major engagements within both the Telecommunications and Gaming industries. Daniel’s successes in leading large scale business merger, integration and transition activities also included several due diligence studies.
